Extremely professional and honest business. They regularly carry out monthly testing of Emergency Lighting and Fire Alarm Systems within various blocks of flats and have also provided an excellent "Handyman" service repairing minor defects including kitchen units, door handles, smoke alarm batteries etc.

We have been using Stamford James for the last 4 years to carry out emergency light and fire alarm testing and servicing at our block. They are contractors of our block management agent and quite often we bump into the engineers when they are on site on a monthly basis. I have to say they are a fantastic group who are always happy to do small bits and pieces around the block that sometimes they do not charge for including sticking Down Loose carpet edges and tightening loose handlebars etc. They have also carried out figure jobs for us in the garden for paving and other health and safety related work. I highly recommend them to any prospective managing agents or leaseholders of blocks. They actually also fitted our emergency lighting system back in 2018.
Stamford James are very professional, responsive, efficient and it is a delight to work with them and have the piece of mind that the works are carried out to a high standard. I am a block manager and I first started working with Stamford James last year after a decline in service from our previous contractor.Stamford James are highly efficient and extremely helpful, not only do they complete the inspections and services (Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarm and AOV) as instructed, they will also report any issues they see while on site promptly and complete odd jobs such as securing a door handles or stair nosing, saving us from calling out a separate contractor and incurring additional charges.They are a pleasure to work with and I honestly couldn’t fault them, they go above and beyond and a real asset to our team.I highly recommend Stamford James.
